Where is PVS Automotive based?

PVS Automotive is based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. We design and develop our products in Australia and ship worldwide.

Are PVS products genuine and made for my vehicle?

Yes. PVS products are specified, configured and quality-tested in-house in Australia and engineered for specific vehicles, primarily the Toyota LandCruiser 70 Series and Nissan Patrol Y61. They are not generic off-the-shelf parts.

Do PVS products come with a warranty?

Yes. Head units carry a 36-month manufacturer warranty on the hardware and steering wheel cores carry a lifetime structural warranty. Your Australian Consumer Law rights also apply. See our Warranty and Australian Support page.

Are PVS steering wheels ADR compliant?

Yes. PVS steering wheel upgrades are independently assessed and certified for compliance with the relevant Australian Design Rules. See our ADR Compliance page for detail.

Will a PVS product fit my exact vehicle?

Our products are engineered for specific vehicles and variants, and they work with both factory and aftermarket head units (you choose your head unit on the product page). If you are unsure which option suits your exact vehicle, contact our team before ordering and we will confirm fitment for you.

Will the steering wheel controls work with my Pioneer or aftermarket head unit?

Yes. On the product page, select the variant that matches your head unit (Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony or JVC; Alpine; Factory Toyota Radio; or Android, PVS, Polaris or Aerpro). The steering wheel upgrade kit or wireless control module ships pre-configured to integrate your steering wheel controls with that head unit, so a third-party head unit such as a Pioneer is fully supported.

How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?

We ship across Australia and to more than 10 countries. Free shipping applies to Australian orders over $100. Dispatch and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page.

Can I return a product, and is there a restocking fee?

Change-of-mind returns may be available within the conditions in our Refund Policy. A restocking fee of up to 25% applies to change-of-mind returns and does not apply to faulty items, warranty claims, or cases where an incorrect item was sent.

Can I claim my PVS purchase as a business expense?

If you are buying for a business, your order is generally fully tax deductible as a business expense, and if you are registered for GST you can usually claim the GST back. The actual amount you save depends on your tax position, so please check with your accountant.
