We ship worldwide. Australian orders go out by tracked courier or Australia Post, and international orders ship via tracked freight from our Sydney warehouse. Full destination-by-destination details are on our shipping policy page.

In-stock products are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–3 business days. Australian transit is typically 2–7 business days depending on your state. International transit varies by destination - your tracking number will give you the exact ETA. Tracking emails are sent automatically once your order ships.

Every PVS product is covered by an Australian Consumer Law warranty. If something arrives damaged or faulty, send us a message with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Full details on our returns policy page.

No. PVS is online only, so we supply the parts and you or your own installer fit them. Every kit is designed to go in without cutting or custom wiring, and if your fitter has a question about the install, send us a message and we'll help them through it.

Yes. PVS builds full custom vehicles in-house - LandCruiser 70 Series, 250, 300, Patrol and more. Use the "Commission a build" button above and tell us about your vehicle, the scope you're after, and your rough budget. We'll come back with options.

Each product page lists exact fitment in the title and tags, and our support guides cover most install and compatibility questions. If you're still unsure, ask about the product with your vehicle's year, model, series and engine code (e.g. 2020 LandCruiser 79 Series VDJ79) and we'll confirm before you order.
