Refund policy

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 25% applies to all change-of-mind returns. This fee covers handling, inspection, and restocking costs. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. This does not apply to faulty items, warranty claims, or cases where an incorrect item was sent.

All products are shipped from PVS Automotive via Australia Post, DHL, or other approved courier services, unless otherwise specified.

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing and dispatch of in-stock orders. Orders containing out-of-stock, pre-order, or custom items may take longer. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us before placing it to confirm availability and dispatch timeframes.

Special arrangements may be required for international orders or oversized items.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Retain all original packaging and shipping materials.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.
  • Not return any items without written approval from PVS Automotive.

Once your claim is received, we will assess the issue and liaise with the shipping provider if required. Where appropriate, a replacement, repair, or refund will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping Quotes
Shipping rates displayed at checkout are estimates based on weight and location. Oversized or irregular items may require a manual quote. If shipping costs differ materially from the estimate, we will contact you for approval prior to dispatch.

Returns and Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched or confirmed with a supplier. These requests will be treated as return requests.

Custom-made, made-to-order, or special order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind.

Unused items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for change of mind. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original, resaleable condition with all packaging intact.

Used, installed, modified, or damaged items are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If a parcel is returned due to delivery failure, refusal, or incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer, return shipping and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

Special Order Items
Some products are manufactured or sourced specifically for your vehicle. These items may require a deposit or full payment. Once confirmed, deposits are non-refundable. These products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or resale for change of mind.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges. If an international shipment is refused or returned, additional return shipping and handling costs may be charged.

Incorrect Orders
If an incorrect item is supplied due to our error, we will arrange return shipping and send the correct item once the original has been received and inspected.

Store Credits
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be applied to future purchases. Store credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • Do not install, modify, or use any product before confirming return eligibility.
  • We do not reimburse labour, installation costs, or damages caused during installation.
  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
