What our trademark means for you
The PVS name and logo on a product, its packaging or a listing mean it's a genuine PVS Automotive product. The same mark stands behind the design, the materials, the fitment engineering and the warranty and support you can call on.
Counterfeits and unauthorised copies can look close. They aren't built to the same standard, they aren't covered by our warranty, and they may not meet the Australian Design Rules or safety requirements. Buying the real PVS product protects your vehicle and your rights as a consumer.
Using the PVS name and logo
You may not use the PVS trademark, including the PVS name and logo, without our prior written permission. That covers product listings, advertising, business names, domain names, social media accounts and packaging. Resellers and partners must hold a current authorisation from us before they use our branding.
