The PVS Speaker Door Pods transform the doors of your 70 Series with proper injection-moulded pods, USB-C 35W PD charging, puddle lights and the kind of storage you actually use. No timber. No vinyl. No shortcuts.
Every pod is injection moulded for strength and consistency, so each one comes out identical and bolts to the door card with the supplied hardware. The billet mesh grille mount takes a 6.5" or 6x9" speaker pair, and the pocket gives you real storage where the factory trim gave you none.

Vehicle fitment.
Plug n Play on most trucks.
Plan for two to three hours per door pair if you have not done a door card before; faster if you have.
Remove the door card
Disconnect the negative battery terminal, pop the trim, unscrew, then lift the factory door card up and off the latch rod.
Fit speakers and wiring
Drop your speakers into the billet mesh grille mount, plug the harness into the factory wiring or run the DIY kit through the door, and connect the USB-C and puddle light to a switched 12V or auxiliary fuse.
Bolt on and test
Bolt the pod to the door card with the supplied hardware, reinstall the door card, reconnect the battery and test everything.

Questions, answered.
Are speakers included?
No. Speakers are not included in the door pod price. Add an MBQuart pair in the configurator above and the wiring kit ships free, or skip and source your own. 6.5" and 6x9" both fit.
Do the USB-C and puddle lights need wiring?
Yes. Both run off a switched 12V or auxiliary fuse. If you are not comfortable with auto-electrical work, get an installer to do this part.
My truck has factory electric mirrors. Which kit do I need?
The Plug n Play (Basic and Pro) wiring kits do not work on trims with factory electric mirrors. Those trucks need the DIY Plug n Play kit, and the configurator above auto-matches it for the affected vehicles.
Why did I get the DIY wiring kit?
76 Wagon GXL 2024 plus, Single Cab, Troop Carrier and Workmate trims ship with the DIY Plug n Play kit because they have no factory plug-in to piggyback off. The kit includes everything to wire the speakers from scratch.
Will they fit a Single Cab or Troop Carrier?
The Front + Rear kit will not, because those trucks have no rear passenger doors. Pick one in the configurator above and it switches to the Front Pods kit automatically.
