Every PVS product is backed by a warranty and by a support team based in Australia.

Warranty covers manufacturing faults under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, accident, misuse or unauthorised modification.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our warranty sits alongside, and does not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. These rights apply even after a product has been installed. Australian-based support

Our support team is based in Australia and understands the vehicles we build for. Whether you need help with setup, calibration, fitment or a warranty question, you are dealing with people who know the product, not an overseas call centre.

Returns and change of mind

If you change your mind, returns may be available within the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. A restocking fee of up to 25% applies to change-of-mind returns and does not apply to faulty items, warranty claims or cases where an incorrect item was sent.
