Trademarks

LandCruiser, Hilux and Toyota are trademarks of Toyota Jidosha Kabushiki Kaisha (Toyota Japan) and Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Limited (Toyota Australia), collectively referred to as "Toyota". Other vehicle makes and models named on this website, including Nissan and Patrol, are the trademarks of their respective owners.

PVS Automotive uses those names, marks and model designations for one purpose: describing the vehicles our products are designed to fit. Their use doesn't imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation. "PVS" is a registered Australian trademark of PVS Automotive Pty Ltd (IP Australia No. 2505273). Product compatibility and fitment

Many of our products suit specific vehicle makes, models, model years and variants. Specifications can change between production runs and markets, so confirming a product fits your exact vehicle before you buy is your responsibility. If you're unsure, contact our team before you order and we'll help you confirm fitment.

We recommend you have a suitably qualified professional fit your product. Incorrect installation may affect performance, safety and your warranty.

ADR compliance

Where we describe a product as ADR compliant, it's designed to meet the relevant Australian Design Rules for its intended application. That compliance relates to the product as supplied. Keeping the completed installation and the vehicle compliant with all applicable road and safety regulations in your state or territory stays your responsibility and your installer's.

Pricing, currency and errors

Prices on this website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We make every effort to keep pricing and product information accurate. If a price or description is wrong, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order, with a full refund of any amount already paid for that order.

Restocking fee

We don't charge a restocking fee. Change-of-mind returns on unused, unfitted items in their original packaging are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with our approval in writing before the item is sent back, for a full-value store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Opening the box to inspect the item is fine. Return shipping is at your expense, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Store credits do not expire.

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty.

Your consumer rights

Nothing on this page or anywhere on this website excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, PVS Automotive is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, including loss arising from incorrect fitment or installation carried out by you or a third party.

Governing law

The laws of New South Wales, Australia govern these legal notices, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
