Other vehicle makes and models referenced on this website, including Nissan and Patrol, are the trademarks of their respective owners.

All such names, marks and model designations are used by PVS Automotive for the sole purpose of describing the vehicles our products are designed to fit. Product compatibility and fitment

Many of our products are designed to suit specific vehicle makes, models, model years and variants. Vehicle specifications can change between production runs and markets, so it is your responsibility to confirm that a product is compatible with your exact vehicle before purchasing. If you are unsure, contact our team before placing your order and we will help you confirm fitment.

We recommend that products be fitted by a suitably qualified professional. Incorrect installation may affect performance, safety and your warranty.

ADR compliance

Where a product is described as ADR compliant, it has been designed to meet the relevant Australian Design Rules for its intended application. Compliance relates to the product as supplied. It remains your responsibility, and the responsibility of your installer, to ensure the completed installation and your vehicle continue to comply with all applicable road and safety regulations in your state or territory.

Pricing, currency and errors

All prices on this website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We make every effort to ensure pricing and product information is accurate. In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order, with a full refund of any amount already paid for that order.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 25% applies to all change-of-mind returns. This fee covers handling, inspection, and restocking costs. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. This does not apply to faulty items, warranty claims, or cases where an incorrect item was sent. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Your consumer rights

Nothing on this page or anywhere on this website excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, PVS Automotive is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, including loss arising from incorrect fitment or installation carried out by you or a third party.

Governing law
