MRPVS was the build that set the standard. Featured in Motive DVD and photographed internationally, it pushed every system on the 79 Series past the factory brief and finished the cabin one-of-one from end to end.
Underneath sits a Superior Outback Tourer coil conversion paired with Marks 4WD portal axles and a 33 percent low-range reduction. Range comes from a Brown Davis 180 litre tank, drivability from a Doctor Diesel tune, and presence from widebody guards over an imported tub.
Inside, the Rari steering wheel is a one-off PVS piece. Recaro CS fronts, custom black leather doors, alcantara roof and a leather centre console with a built-in Bushman fridge complete a cabin that has never been duplicated.
Six inches of lift under the axle, 16 percent gear reduction at the wheel hub, GVM lifted from 3510 kg to 3950 kg, and the geometry to run 35 inch tyres without compromising steering. The signature mod that defines this build's stance.
Bolt-in coil conversion with track-corrected chromoly diamond diff housing. Heavy-duty coils, remote-reservoir shocks, sway bar and four-link rear. The factory leaf spring rear is gone for good. GVM rated to 4.2 tonnes.
Replaces the factory 95 litre tank with 180 litres of usable diesel. Combined with the Doctor Diesel tune and 4 inch exhaust, MRPVS will cross the country without a refuel stop.
A custom Doctor Diesel ECU tune sits behind a GSL 4 inch high-flow exhaust system, a PVS intercooler fan kit and a Marks 4WD catch can. Power is fed through an NPC clutch with a strengthened front diff and Superior Diamond chromoly rear diff housing.
