Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped by PVS Automotive using Australia Post, DHL Express, or other approved courier services, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Processing Times
In-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours (business days). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders containing pre-order, backorder, or custom items may have extended lead times. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and dispatch timeframes.
Shipping Estimates
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–7 business days
- Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
Delivery
Most shipments are sent with signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier may redirect the parcel to a local collection point or attempt redelivery.
Any redelivery, rebooking, storage, or address correction fees charged by the courier are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Oversized or irregularly shaped items may incur additional charges.
If the actual shipping cost differs materially from the amount charged at checkout, we will contact you for approval before dispatch.
Free shipping promotions apply only where the shipping cost is $70 or less. If shipping costs exceed $70, the customer is responsible for the full amount.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the order total.
If an international shipment is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to unpaid duties or incorrect details, original shipping costs are non-refundable and additional return shipping or handling charges may apply.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
