Head unit wiring diagram
Every pin, plug and wire colour for the PVS 9 inch MK4 head unit in the Toyota 70 Series LandCruiser. Two views of the same diagram: one drawn in wire colours, one anchored on the board pin numbers. The 16 pin main plug follows the ISO and DIN aftermarket standard, so the power and speaker colours are the ones Kenwood, Pioneer, Alpine and Sony all use.

Reading the diagram
The left column is the connector and its pin. The right column is where that pin goes. Each run is drawn as the connector you actually hold at the far end, so an RCA tail shows an RCA socket and a USB tail shows a USB-A socket. Every connector on this loom is female.
An RCA lead is black jacketed and only the plug is coloured, which is why those runs draw black with a coloured plug on the end rather than a coloured line.
The 16 pin main plug
Yellow is permanent battery, red is switched accessory, black is earth, orange is illumination and blue is the power antenna. Speakers follow the standard pairs: white for front left, grey for front right, green for rear left and purple for rear right, each negative being its positive with a black stripe.
The reverse trigger
Reverse detect is pin 5 on the 16 pin main plug and the wire is pink. On a factory Toyota camera there is no trigger wire to connect at all, because reverse already arrives on Connector 3. Harness F carries the camera video, its 12V supply and the video ground, never the trigger.
Steering wheel controls
The two key lines are pins 6 and 7. Pin 6 is orange and pin 7 is orange with a black stripe. The factory clock spring is retained.
