MK4 Upgrade Program
Trade in your existing PVS headunit and move up to the MK4.
Already running an earlier PVS headunit? You can trade it in toward a new MK4, either the 9″ or the 12.1″. Your old unit doesn't need to be working, and we apply the credit after we receive it. Choose the tier that matches your current unit below.
Trade-In Credit
12.1″ MK2 / 9″ MK3 Headunits
For upgrades from a PVS 12.1″ MK2 or 9″ MK3. The unit doesn't need to be working and may have cosmetic damage such as a cracked screen. We refurbish returned units.
9″ MK1 to MK2.5 Headunits
For upgrades from any earlier 9″ PVS headunit. These units may be non-functional or damaged and we treat them as end of life hardware.
How It Works
Buy the MK4
When MK4 stock is available, buy the headunit as normal through the product page.
Add an Order Note
At checkout, add a note stating which PVS headunit you're trading in, for example “MK3 Trade-In”. Your MK4 ships on the stated dispatch schedule for that allocation.
Send the Old Unit Back
Return your old unit to us within 14 days. We apply your trade-in credit once it arrives.
Trade-in applies to PVS headunits only. One trade-in per order. Units may be non-functional or cosmetically damaged. The upgrade program is limited to 20 trade-ins. Trade-in credit applies when you buy an MK4 headunit (when in stock) and we apply it after return.
