A genuine step up from factory sound, the MBQuart Premium 6×9" 2-Way Coaxial brings magnesium WideSphere tweeter technology and a mica-blend aerated paper cone to your build.
The MBQuart Premium Series 6×9" 2-Way Coaxial speakers are built for drivers who want honest, detailed audio without a complicated installation. The magnesium WideSphere Technology tweeter disperses high-frequency detail broadly across the cabin, so every seat benefits from clear, consistent sound. Paired with a mica-blend aerated paper cone, the woofer balances rigidity and low mass to deliver accurate, responsive mid-bass reproduction. The coaxial format combines tweeter and woofer into a single unit. In a 70 Series they fit PVS door pods, with the door opening cut in the front and rear doors. See how it's done. They also suit a wide range of other 4WD, SUV and ute platforms with a standard 6×9" opening.
Three things that matter.
Magnesium WideSphere Technology Tweeter
Projects high-frequency detail across a wide listening area, delivering clear and consistent treble to all cabin positions rather than just the sweet spot directly in front of the tweeter.
Mica-Blend Aerated Paper Cone
The woofer cone combines the rigidity of mica with the low mass of aerated paper, producing accurate and responsive mid-bass that avoids the colouration common in heavier cone materials.
Single-Unit Coaxial Design
Tweeter and woofer are integrated into one assembly, so there's no separate component mounting or additional crossover hardware.
