Cancelling a Made-to-Order Item
Quick answer
Made-to-order items, including the Urnieta range, can be cancelled free in the first 48 hours after ordering. Past that point the order has entered production, so we complete it and dispatch it to you as ordered.
Step by Step
- In the first 48 hours after ordering
Start a support ticket or reply to your order confirmation with your order number and a line saying you want to cancel. The order is cancelled and refunded in full.
- Past 48 hours
Your item has entered production, so the order is completed and dispatched as ordered.
