You can cancel a made-to-order item, including the Urnieta range, free in the first 48 hours after ordering. After that your order's in production, so we'll complete it and dispatch it to you as ordered.

Start a support ticket or reply to your order confirmation with your order number and a line saying you want to cancel. We'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Past 48 hours
Your item's in production, so we'll complete the order and dispatch it as ordered.
