Air intake where it belongs.
The Jimny is a capable little off-roader straight from the factory, but the standard air intake sits low in the engine bay where it is exposed to water, dust, and fine dirt. On a creek crossing or a long dusty track, that is exactly where you do not want unfiltered air entering your engine.
This snorkel kit relocates the intake point up to the roofline, drawing in cleaner and cooler air while giving you the confidence to push through water without the risk of hydrolocking. The kit is designed to bolt directly to the Jimny's A-pillar with no cutting of structural panels required beyond the standard intake pipe entry point.

REMOVE FACTORY INTAKE
Disconnect and remove the OEM air intake ducting from the airbox up to the guard entry point.
MOUNT SNORKEL BODY
Position the snorkel body against the A-pillar, mark and drill mounting points, then secure with the supplied hardware and seals.
CONNECT INTAKE PIPE
Route the lower snorkel pipe through the guard and connect it to the airbox, ensuring all joins are sealed and clamped securely.
FIT AIR RAM HEAD
Attach the air ram head to the top of the snorkel body, orientating it to face forward to maximise air ram effect at speed.
