Jimny
Structural side mirrors that retain the OEM mounting position while adding omnidirectional adjustment, unrestricted Z-axis rotation, and M6 / 1/4 inch-20 camera ports.

Why this part
exists.
Structural side mirrors that retain the OEM mounting position while adding omnidirectional adjustment, unrestricted Z-axis rotation, and M6 / 1/4 inch-20 camera ports.
The OEM Jimny mirror is practical, regulated, and inexpensive to replace, but its modest form becomes visually under-scaled against a Salado build. Its adjustment range also limits usefulness in narrow trails, recovery scenarios, side parking, and towing. For owners filming trips, the mirror area offers no clean camera interface.
The Salado Side Mirror Kit treats the mirror as structural exterior hardware. Manual omnidirectional adjustment and unrestricted Z-axis rotation let the mirror be repositioned around terrain, load width, and recovery use. The mounting base includes M6 and 1/4 inch-20 ports, covering vehicle-grade mounts and camera-standard hardware. The position also gives a natural first-person trail angle.
The drawing.

Three things that matter.
Unrestricted Z-Axis
The main connection arm rotates without restriction, repositioning for tight trail visibility, wide towing loads, and recovery operations. Beyond the range of any OEM mirror.
Camera Mounting Ports
M6 and 1/4 inch-20 expansion ports are pre-tapped into the mounting base. Compatible with both vehicle-grade mounts and camera-industry standard mounts.
First-Person Angle
The mirror position is also the optimal mounting position for first-person driving footage, capturing the trail, the driver, and the bonnet from an angle no other position offers.
