Built for the new Prado.
The 250 Series Prado brought a new roofline and updated factory roof rail positions. Rather than adapt a generic platform, URNIETA sized this rack specifically to the new body, so the feet pick up the factory mounting points cleanly and the platform sits flush with the rails. The result is a fitment that looks considered rather than bolted on.
The backbone design keeps weight down and maintains a sit-in profile low enough to clear most undercover car parks. Each side rail carries a continuous accessory channel that accepts awning brackets, jerry can holders, light bar mounts and shovel clamps without any drilling.
Made to order with a 3 to 4 week production lead time. PVS Sydney can handle roof prep, load testing and full installation if required.

Dimensioned to the 250 Series roofline so the feet align directly with the factory roof rail mounting points. No adapters, no filler plates.
FLUSH FACTORY FIT

FULL-LENGTH ACCESSORY CHANNEL
Continuous channel running the length of each side rail accepts awning, light bar, jerry can and shovel mounts anywhere along the rack.

ROOF PREP
Clean and inspect the factory roof rail mounting points. PVS Sydney can carry out a full prep if required.
LOCATE AND FIT FEET
Recessed feet align to the factory mounting positions. Secure to manufacturer torque specification.
ATTACH PLATFORM
Drop the backbone platform onto the fitted feet and fasten. No drilling or modification to the roof is required.
LOAD TEST
PVS Sydney can perform a load test and accessory fitment check before the vehicle leaves the workshop.
