Jimny
The Salado Side Bar Kit treats the side body as one integrated protection and access zone. The tubular bar provides a physical step for lifted builds, while the rocker panel plate shields the lower body from strike and abrasion. The contour follows the Jimny's body curvature, avoiding generic bolt-on geometry. Separate 3-Door and 5-Door versions preserve proportion across the different wheelbases.

Why this part
exists.
Tubular step access and rocker protection combine in a body-contoured side-bar system scaled for both 3-Door and 5-Door Jimny variants.
The Jimny's short-wheelbase geometry puts the lower body close to trail damage. Rocker panels sit at the height where rocks, brush, and debris strike, while lifted suspension and larger tyres make cabin entry less natural. The OEM side trim seals the body; it does not solve either use problem.

The drawing.

Three things that matter.
Two-Part Assembly
Tubular side bar plus rocker panel protection, designed as one system. Step pad on the bar, structural shield on the panel.
Body-Flush Contour
The side bar contour follows the curvature of the body for a flush, deliberate fit. Not bolt-on aftermarket geometry.
3-Door + 5-Door Compatible
Engineered for both Jimny variants. The 5-Door version extends to span the longer wheelbase. Choose your variant at order.
Vehicle fitment.
Installation overview.
PREPARE VEHICLE
Inspect mounting points, remove required trim, and confirm all supplied parts before installation.
INITIAL CHECKTEST FIT PRODUCT
Position the side bar and rocker plate, confirm clearances, and verify alignment before final tightening.
FITMENT CHECKSECURE HARDWARE
Install supplied hardware to specification and recheck torque after initial use.
FINAL TORQUEFINAL INSPECTION
Confirm panel gaps, hardware access, and surrounding component clearance before releasing the vehicle.
