Mudflap Kit
Requires a URNIETA Rear Bumper

The Salado Mudflap Kit adapts URNIETA's 70 Series mudflap logic to Jimny scale. Silicone rubber provides stability across -30C winter convoy use and +60C desert expeditions. The angle adjusts for 195/80, 215/75, and 235/75 tyre setups, so the flap remains tuned to the installed tyre. Fisheye ball joints and steel-cable tensioning replace looser elastic behaviour with smoother motion, tighter response, and longer service life.

Design Notes

Dirt roads demand proper protection.

The Jimny is a capable little 4x4 that punches well above its size off-road. But with that capability comes plenty of thrown gravel, mud and trail debris that can chip paint, foul sensors and clog body gaps over time.

Urnieta's mudflap kit mounts to the SALADO Rear Bumper or the 1970 Rear Bumper Kit and does exactly what mudflaps should do: intercept the mess before it reaches your bodywork. It is built for a Jimny already running one of those bumpers, not one on the factory rear bumper.

02

Built to do the dirty work.

Three reasons this kit earns its place on your Jimny.
Feature01

FULL COVERAGE

Covers both front and rear wheel arches to intercept mud, stones and debris kicked up on dirt roads and tracks.

Feature02

PURPOSE-FIT DESIGN

Shaped for a Jimny running the SALADO or 1970 Rear Bumper so the flaps sit flush and look at home on the vehicle, not like an afterthought.

Feature03

CLEAN FITMENT

Designed to mount without cutting or major modification, keeping the install tidy and reversible.

03

Installation overview.

Fitting is a straightforward process that can be completed in a driveway with basic hand tools.
Basic hand tools required. The SALADO or 1970 Rear Bumper must already be fitted.
01

UNPACK AND CHECK

Lay out all flaps and hardware, confirming you have the full front and rear set before starting.

02

LOCATE MOUNTING POINTS

Identify the mounting points in the wheel arch area and on the rear bumper for each corner of the vehicle.

03

FIT AND FASTEN

Align each mudflap and secure using the supplied hardware, working through all four corners until the kit is fitted.
