Urnieta Mudflap 70 Series
CNC aluminium plate, formed rubber flap, no drilling
Your 70 Series wheel arch takes a beating on the track. The URNIETA kit fits a formed rubber flap to a CNC aluminium mounting plate, so it bolts to the factory points and stays put.

Mud protection that earns its place.
The 70 Series wheel arch throws up everything the track can offer. A mudflap that fits poorly, rattles loose or cracks after one cold morning is worse than useless. The URNIETA set is shaped specifically to the 70 Series arch line, so the flap sits flush and moves with the wheel instead of fighting it.
The mounting plate is CNC-machined aluminium, not pressed steel or plastic. It bolts to the factory wheel arch points on the LC71, LC76 and LC78, no drilling needed, and the lasercut URNIETA detail keeps it looking considered rather than aftermarket. If a flap ever cops a solid hit on the trail, that's the replaceable part. Spare flaps are available separately so the plates stay on your car.

Built for the 70 Series.
ARCH-PROFILED FLAP
The formed rubber flap follows your 70 Series wheel arch line, giving a clean fit across single cab, dual cab and wagon body styles.
CNC ALUMINIUM PLATE
Each mounting plate is CNC-machined aluminium with a lasercut URNIETA detail. Rigid, corrosion-resistant and finished to a standard you can see.
REPLACEABLE FLAPS
The rubber flap is a separate serviceable part. If it takes damage on the track, you replace the flap, not the whole kit. Spare flaps are sold individually.

SELECT YOUR VARIANT
Confirm your model and whether you have fender flares before you order. Each variant uses a plate drilled to suit that configuration.
LOCATE FACTORY POINTS
Find the factory wheel arch mounting points. You won't need any additional holes in the body or arch liner.
FIT THE PLATES
Bolt the CNC aluminium mounting plates to the factory points using the supplied hardware, front and rear, both sides.
ATTACH THE FLAPS
Secure the formed rubber flaps to the plates. The full set takes around an hour start to finish.
