Most bullbars treat the factory front-end as an afterthought. The URNIETA bar for the 250 Series Prado takes the opposite approach. The cutlines around the headlights and grille are drawn directly from the factory body shape, so the truck keeps its design intent intact rather than being buried behind a generic truck-stop profile.
Formed as a single piece of steel, finished and assembled before it ships. Mounting hardware picks up the 250 Series factory chassis points, and the bar is sized to stay clear of the factory ADAS sensor housings and remain compatible with the airbag system. Independently assessed for ADR compliance, with a full compliance statement available.

REMOVE FACTORY BUMPER
Remove the factory front bumper assembly following the standard Toyota service procedure for the 250 Series Prado.
FIT MOUNTING HARDWARE
Attach the supplied mounting brackets to the factory chassis points. No drilling or modification required.
MOUNT THE BAR
Offer up the bullbar and secure using the supplied hardware. Check all fixings are torqued to specification.
CHECK SENSOR CLEARANCES
Confirm all factory ADAS sensor housings are unobstructed and the airbag system is functioning correctly before driving.
