Built for the new Prado.
The 250 Series Prado bonnet line is unique to this generation. It shares no profile with earlier Prado generations or other LandCruiser platforms, so the Urnieta hood is developed and shaped specifically for the 250 Series, not adapted from an older mould.
Each hood is hand-laid in the Urnieta workshop and produced in small batches. The carbon weave sits visible beneath the clear coat in your choice of gloss or matte. Because it is made to order, lead time is 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation.
Fitting is a straightforward swap. The panel uses the factory hinge mounting points and latch with no cutting, drilling or bracket work. Free worldwide shipping is included.
What sets this hood apart.
HAND-LAID CONSTRUCTION
Each panel is laid up by hand in the Urnieta workshop. Small-batch production allows close quality control over fibre alignment and resin distribution across the full bonnet surface.
250 SERIES SPECIFIC
Developed to the exact bonnet geometry of the 250 Series Prado. The profile, shut lines and mounting points are not shared with earlier Prado or LandCruiser generations.
BOLT-ON FIT
Uses the factory hinge mounting points and OEM latch. No modifications to the vehicle are required. A standard tool kit and one helper is all that is needed for the swap.

OPEN AND SUPPORT
Open the factory hood and support it fully. Disconnect any washer nozzle lines or wiring routed through the hood before proceeding.
REMOVE FACTORY HOOD
With a helper, unbolt the hood from both factory hinges. Note or mark the hinge position before removal to simplify alignment on refit.
FIT CARBON HOOD
Offer the Urnieta hood onto the factory hinges using your marked positions. Hand-tighten the bolts, check panel gaps on both sides, then torque to factory spec.
RECONNECT AND CHECK
Reconnect any washer lines or wiring. Close the hood slowly and confirm the OEM latch engages cleanly. Adjust hinge position if needed before final tightening.
