Carbon Bonnet Kit
300 Series LandCruiser, hand-laid full carbon
The 300 Series LandCruiser carries its own bonnet shape, so a swap needs a panel drawn off the 300, not adapted from an older model. This kit is hand-laid full carbon fibre, built to bolt onto your factory hinges, latch and bonnet stay.
This product is no longer being made, so we are not able to supply it.

Built for the new LandCruiser.
The 300 Series LandCruiser carries its own bonnet shape, distinct from every earlier model in the lineup. Urnieta drew this panel directly off the 300, so the shut lines, curvature and mounting points match your factory body with nothing modified.
Each panel is hand-laid full carbon fibre and finished in the Urnieta workshop in small batches. You choose gloss or matte clear coat when you order, with the carbon weave sitting cleanly beneath the lacquer either way.
The swap uses your existing hinges, latch and bonnet stay. No body work, no new hardware, nothing cut. It's made to order and ships free worldwide.
What sets this panel apart.
HAND-LAID CARBON
Each panel is laid by hand in the Urnieta workshop, not machine-pressed. Small-batch production means every piece gets individual attention before it leaves the shop.
300 SERIES SPECIFIC
The panel was patterned off the 300 Series body directly. The 300's bonnet line is unique to this generation, and this kit was drawn from the new LandCruiser, not adapted from an earlier model.
BOLT-ON FIT
Uses your factory hinges, latch and bonnet stay. Nothing on the body changes, no new hardware and no panel-beating needed to fit it.

Installation overview.
REMOVE FACTORY BONNET
Support the factory steel bonnet and unbolt it from the factory hinges. Disconnect any washer jets or sensor wiring routed through the bonnet if fitted.
TRANSFER HARDWARE
Move the factory latch striker, bonnet stay bracket and any other hardware from the steel bonnet to your carbon panel as required.
MOUNT AND ALIGN
Offer the carbon panel up to the factory hinges and bolt it into position. Adjust the hinge bolts to align the panel with the guards and grille before final torque.
CHECK LATCH AND STAY
Cycle the bonnet several times to confirm the latch engages cleanly and the bonnet stay holds securely before you drive.
Spec it
your way.
