The OEM rear bumper resolves regulation, tail-light location, and plate visibility, but its modern angular lighting conflicts with the restrained 1970 series. That series draws from older Japanese design language, where round lamps and quiet surfaces carried more character than complex graphic treatment. The 1970 Rear Bumper keeps the Jimny's curved rear profile while reducing the bumper height to half of OEM. Round tail light elements reference the Nissan GT-R as a Japanese heritage cue, not a copy. Lightweight construction aligns it with the 1970 Front Bumper, and the bumper line flows into the body and wheel arches as one continuous rear surface. The reverse light cutout keeps auxiliary lighting part of the design.
