Why wide cornering changes everything.
Most auxiliary lights chase distance, but tight trails, winding fire roads and dense scrub punish you in the corners. The XL80 Wide Cornering pattern throws a 42-degree flattened horizontal beam that fills lighting zones 1 and 2 with strong peripheral coverage, cutting blind spots before you need to react.
The clear 5000K lens keeps colour rendering close to natural daylight, which means your eyes read terrain faster and driver fatigue sets in later. Combined with an 18% improvement in distance and increased intensity over the previous Baja Designs model, the XL80 is a genuine step forward in auxiliary lighting.
Every kit ships as a matched pair complete with a wiring harness and all mounting hardware. The powder-coated housing and anodised bezel are built to handle the dust, mud and vibration that come with proper off-road use, and the limited lifetime warranty means Baja Designs stands behind them for the long haul.

9,022 RAW LUMENS
Each light pushes 9,022 raw lumens, delivering an 18% improvement in distance and greater intensity over the previous Baja Designs model.
WIDE CORNERING PATTERN
A 42-degree flattened horizontal beam maximises peripheral visibility and reduces blind spots, excelling in dust, rain, snow and fog as well as tight trail conditions.
CLEAR 5000K LENS
The original Baja Designs performance lens produces light closest to natural daylight, reducing driver fatigue and improving terrain recognition on long stints.
Installation overview.
CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT LOCATION
Select a solid mounting point on your bullbar, roof rack or A-pillar that gives the wide cornering beam an unobstructed forward and lateral spread.
FIT THE BRACKETS
Use the supplied mounting hardware to secure both light brackets firmly. Check alignment before fully tightening to ensure the beam pattern sits at the correct horizontal angle.
CONNECT THE WIRING HARNESS
Run the included harness from the lights to your battery or switch panel. The harness is supplied ready to connect, with all necessary connectors included.
TEST AND ADJUST
Power the lights and confirm the wide cornering beam is positioned to maximise peripheral coverage on both sides. Adjust the bracket angle as needed, then lock everything down.
