More light, more trail.
Baja Designs engineered the XL80 as a direct step up from the XL Pro, squeezing 18% greater distance and increased intensity out of next-generation LED technology. The result is a pod that punches well above its size, flooding both the near field and the horizon without compromise.
The driving combo lens pattern does the heavy lifting on mixed terrain. It blends spot and driving optics into one smooth output, covering lighting zones 1 and 2 for close-in obstacles while still reaching deep into zone 3 for high-speed trail work. Paired with a clear 5,000 K lens, the light closely mimics daylight, cutting driver fatigue on long night runs.
Every kit includes a 20% dimming option for when full power is more than the situation calls for, and a complete wiring harness so you are not sourcing parts separately. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee, the XL80 pair is a confidence purchase for any serious off-road build.
Built for the long haul.
9,022 RAW LUMENS
Each pod pumps out 9,022 raw lumens, delivering an ELS reach of 392 ft in driving combo mode so you can spot hazards well before they become problems.
HIGH-SPEED REFLECTORS
Baja Designs' trademarked high-speed spot reflectors shape a beam that is both longer and wider than a conventional reflector, giving you broader coverage at speed.
DRIVING COMBO PATTERN
The driving combo optic merges spot and driving outputs into one seamless beam, covering near-field zones 1 and 2 as well as long-distance zone 3 in a single light.
Installation overview.
CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT LOCATION
Select a solid mounting point on your bull bar, roof rack, A-pillar or bumper that gives the pods a clear, unobstructed light path in the desired direction.
FIT THE HARDWARE
Use the included mounting hardware to secure both pods firmly. Adjust the aim angle before fully tightening so you can fine-tune the beam height with minimal fuss.
CONNECT THE HARNESS
Run the included wiring harness to your power source, following the supplied instructions. The harness is pre-wired for both pods, keeping the install tidy and straightforward.
TEST AND ADJUST
Power up and check beam alignment. Make any final aim adjustments, confirm the 20% dimming function if required, and lock everything down before hitting the trail.
