Built for the long haul.
Off-road lighting is only as good as what it lets you see, and the XL80 pair is engineered to push that boundary further than Baja Designs' previous generation. With 18% greater distance and increased intensity over the outgoing model, plus 9,022 raw lumens per light, the XL80 delivers a longer and wider beam that keeps you ahead of whatever the trail throws at you.
The Driving Combo pattern is the workhorse of the XL80 range. It blends spot and driving optics to produce a smooth, seamless spread of light across near-field zones 1 and 2 as well as zone 3 distance illumination. One light pattern that does it all, from creeping through tight scrub to opening up on faster unsealed roads.
The Baja Amber lens adds another layer of capability in tough conditions. Designed to minimise glare and cut through dust, rain, snow and fog, it sharpens contrast and reduces driver fatigue when the air is thick and visibility is compromised. Paired with the driving combo optic, it is a natural fit for Australian outback conditions where red dust and variable weather are facts of life.

Installation overview.
CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT POSITION
Select a solid mounting location on your bull bar, roof rack or A-pillar bracket that gives a clear forward beam without obstruction from the bonnet or accessories.
FIT THE MOUNTING HARDWARE
Use the supplied hardware to secure each pod firmly. Ensure fasteners are torqued correctly to handle vibration on corrugated tracks.
RUN THE WIRING HARNESS
Route the included harness from the lights through the engine bay to your switch point, keeping wiring clear of heat sources and moving parts.
CONNECT AND AIM
Connect the harness to your switch and power source, then aim each light pod for your preferred beam coverage before locking the adjustment in place.
