Most light bars are a fixed compromise. The XL Linkable was built to be the opposite. Each pod in the system can be pitched up to 45 degrees vertically, independently or as one unit, and adjusted horizontally on its own so the array can follow a straight bumper, a curved roofline or anything in between. It is a lighting kit that actually fits the vehicle rather than forcing the vehicle to fit the kit.
Baja Designs' next-generation LEDs illuminate all four beam zones at once through a blend of wide cornering, driving combo and spot lenses. The result is a smooth, natural 5,000 K daylight output that reduces driver fatigue on long nights in the bush. MoistureBlock sealing keeps water out, CopperDrive technology runs the LEDs at full capacity safely, and ClearView optics put all that light exactly where it needs to go.
The wiring arrives fully crimped and trimmed so installation is straightforward, and the system is designed from day one to be expanded. Adding more links later requires no re-wiring from scratch. 45° PITCH ADJUSTMENT
Each light can be tilted up to 45 degrees vertically, either individually or as a complete unit, so you can dial in the exact beam height for your rig and terrain.
INDEPENDENT HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT
Every pod adjusts horizontally on its own, allowing straight-line or arc configurations that follow the natural lines of your bumper or roofline perfectly.
4-ZONE LENS BLEND
Wide cornering, driving combo and spot lenses work together to illuminate zones 1 through 4 simultaneously, producing a smooth, gap-free spread of 5,000 K daylight output.

SOURCE BRACKETS
Order the applicable XL Linkable mounting brackets (748000) before installation. These are not included in the kit.
POSITION THE ARRAY
Mount the brackets to your bumper or roofline, then attach each pod. Use the independent horizontal adjustment to set a straight-line or arc configuration that suits your vehicle.
SET VERTICAL PITCH
Adjust each light vertically up to 45 degrees, individually or as a complete unit, to achieve the correct beam height for your driving conditions.
CONNECT THE HARNESS
The included wiring harness (640115) is pre-crimped and trimmed. Route and connect it to your power source following the harness instructions.
FIT ROCK GUARDS
Clip the included black rock guards over each pod when the lights are not in use to protect the lenses from trail debris.
