Most light bars are a fixed, take-it-or-leave-it proposition. The XL Linkable throws that idea out entirely. Each of the seven XL Sport housings in this kit can be pitched independently through 45 degrees of vertical adjustment, and every light also moves horizontally on its own, so you can run the array dead straight across a bull bar or arc it to follow a roofline rack rail.
The clear lenses cover zones 1, 2, 3 and 4 simultaneously by blending wide cornering, driving combo and spot optics, giving you a smooth, seamless spread from the edges of the road right out to the horizon. Baja Designs' CopperDrive technology runs each LED at 100 per cent rated current, while MoistureBlock sealing keeps the internals waterproof and submersible. The 5,000 K daylight colour temperature reduces driver fatigue on long nights between stops.
The wiring harness arrives fully crimped and trimmed for a clean, straightforward install. Black rock guards ship in the box to protect the lenses when the lights are not in use, and the system is designed so you can add or remove links down the track without rewiring from scratch. Mounting brackets are sold separately (part 748000).

45° VERTICAL PITCH
Each light adjusts independently through a full 45 degrees of vertical pitch, or lock the entire unit and move them as one. You dial in exactly where the light lands.
HORIZONTAL ARC
Per-light horizontal adjustment means you can configure a straight bar, a gentle arc or anything in between to match your bumper or roofline perfectly.
ZONE 1-4 COVERAGE
Clear wide cornering, driving combo and spot lenses work together to illuminate all four lighting zones simultaneously for a smooth, seamless spread with no dark patches.

SOURCE BRACKETS
Order the applicable XL Linkable mounting brackets (part 748000) for your bull bar, roof rack or bumper before starting the install.
CONFIGURE THE BAR
Arrange the seven XL Sport lights into your chosen straight or arc layout using the independent horizontal adjustment on each housing, then secure the links together.
MOUNT AND AIM
Bolt the assembled bar to your brackets, then use the 45-degree vertical pitch adjustment per light, or across the whole unit, to aim the beam exactly where you need it.
CONNECT THE HARNESS
Plug in the pre-crimped, pre-trimmed harness (640115, included) and route the wiring cleanly to your switch or relay. No additional crimping or cutting required.
FIT ROCK GUARDS
Clip the included black rock guards over the lenses whenever the lights are not in use to protect the optics on the trail.
