Most light bars lock you into a fixed beam angle and a fixed shape. The XL Linkable breaks both of those constraints. Each of the six lights offers 45 degrees of independent vertical pitch adjustment, so you can dial in exactly where the beam lands, whether that is a tight trail ahead or a wide open station track. On top of that, every light has its own independent horizontal adjustment, letting you run the bar dead straight or curve it into a smooth arc that follows the lines of your bull bar or roofline.
The clear lens kit illuminates zones 1, 2, 3 and 4 simultaneously through a blend of wide cornering, driving combo and spot optics, giving you a smooth, gap-free spread of 5,000 K daylight-balanced output. Less driver fatigue, more confidence, further into the night.
Baja Designs has taken care of the installation side too. The wiring arrives fully crimped and trimmed, so you are not stripping wires roadside. The system is also designed to grow with you, adding extra link lights down the track without rewiring from scratch. Black rock guards ship in the box to protect the housings when the lights are not in use, and the included harness (part 640115) means the kit is ready to wire straight to your vehicle.

45° PITCH ADJUSTMENT
Each light adjusts independently through 45 degrees of vertical pitch, or the entire bar can be moved as one unit to fine-tune your beam placement.
HORIZONTAL ALIGNMENT
Independent horizontal adjustment per light lets you configure a perfectly straight bar or a custom arc to match the curve of your bumper or roofline.
ZONE 1-4 ILLUMINATION
Wide cornering, driving combo and spot lenses work together to provide a smooth, seamless spread across all four lighting zones simultaneously.
Installation overview.
MOUNT THE BRACKET
Fit the appropriate XL Linkable mounting bracket (part 748000, sold separately) to your bull bar, roofline or bumper using the hardware supplied with the bracket.
ATTACH THE LIGHTS
Slide each of the six XL Sport housings onto the linkable rail. Adjust horizontal positioning to achieve a straight or arced configuration to suit your vehicle.
SET VERTICAL PITCH
Dial in 45 degrees of vertical pitch adjustment per light, or set the entire bar as one unit, to place the beam exactly where you need it on the road or trail.
CONNECT THE HARNESS
Connect the included harness (part 640115) to the pre-crimped wiring leads. Route and secure the loom back to your switch or relay as required.
FIT ROCK GUARDS
Clip the included black rock guards over the lights whenever the bar is not in use to protect the lenses and housings from trail debris.
