One bar, endless configurations.
Most light bars lock you into a fixed layout the moment you bolt them on. The XL Linkable is different. Every pod in the system carries 45 degrees of vertical pitch adjustment, either individually or across the whole bar at once, so you can dial in your beam precisely without shimming or guessing.
Independent horizontal adjustment per light means you can run the bar dead straight to match a flat bumper, or sweep it into a gentle arc that follows the curve of your roofline. The system starts at three lights and expands to eight, and because the wiring comes fully crimped and trimmed, adding links later is straightforward.
Baja Designs spec each pod with next-generation LEDs running at 5000K daylight colour temperature, illuminating zones 1 through 4 simultaneously through wide cornering, driving combo and spot lenses for a smooth, blended field of light. Black rock guards are included to protect the optics when the lights are not in use, and the harness (640115) comes in the box ready to connect.

45° VERTICAL PITCH
Each light adjusts through 45 degrees of vertical pitch independently or as a complete unit, letting you fine-tune beam placement on any vehicle or mount.
INDEPENDENT HORIZONTAL ADJUST
Set every pod at its own horizontal angle to create a straight bar or a custom arc that follows the exact lines of your bumper or roofline.
MULTI-ZONE ILLUMINATION
Wide cornering, driving combo and spot lenses light up zones 1, 2, 3 and 4 simultaneously for a smooth, shadow-free blend across the full spread.

SOURCE BRACKETS
Confirm the correct mounting bracket for your application. The XL Linkable mounting bracket (748000) is not included and must be ordered separately before beginning installation.
MOUNT AND CONFIGURE
Attach the bracket to your bumper or roofline, then mount each light pod. Set horizontal angles per pod to suit a straight or arc layout before locking off.
AIM THE BEAM
Use the 45-degree vertical pitch adjustment on each light individually, or sweep the whole unit at once, to direct output exactly where you need it.
CONNECT THE HARNESS
Connect the included harness (640115). Wiring is pre-crimped and trimmed, so no cutting or splicing is required. Route and secure all cables away from heat and moving parts.
FIT ROCK GUARDS
Clip the included black rock guards over the lights whenever the vehicle is parked or the lights are not in use to protect the lenses and optics.
