Most light bars lock you into a fixed shape and a fixed beam. The XL Linkable is different. Each light sits in Baja Designs' proven XL Sport shallow moto housing and can be independently adjusted horizontally, so you can run the bar perfectly straight across a bull bar or follow the curve of a roofline. Vertically, each light pitches up to 45 degrees individually, or you can tilt the entire assembly at once.
The optical system blends wide cornering, driving combo and spot lenses to flood zones 1, 2, 3 and 4 simultaneously, giving you a smooth, even spread of 5,000K daylight-balanced output that reduces driver fatigue on long outback runs. CopperDrive technology runs the LEDs at 100 per cent capacity safely, while MoistureBlock sealing keeps the internals waterproof and submersible.
Wiring arrives fully crimped and trimmed so installation is straightforward, and the system is designed so you can add extra links later as your needs grow. Black rock guards are included to protect the lights when the bar is not in use, and replaceable lenses and optics through Baja Designs' uService programme mean this bar can be kept in peak condition for years to come.

45° VERTICAL PITCH
Adjust the vertical angle of each individual light or the entire bar as a single unit, so you can dial in the exact throw you need for the terrain ahead.
INDEPENDENT HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT
Each light moves independently on the horizontal axis, allowing straight-line or arc configurations that follow the natural lines of your bumper or roofline.
MULTI-ZONE OPTICS
Wide cornering, driving combo and spot lenses work together to illuminate zones 1 through 4 simultaneously, producing a smooth, seamless blend of light across the road.

SOURCE YOUR BRACKETS
Purchase the applicable XL Linkable mounting brackets (part 748000) separately before beginning the install. These are not included in the kit.
MOUNT AND POSITION
Attach the brackets to your chosen mounting location, then fit the XL Linkable housings. Use the independent horizontal adjustment to set a straight or arc configuration that suits your vehicle's lines.
SET VERTICAL PITCH
Adjust the vertical pitch of each light individually, or lock them together and set the whole bar at once, to achieve the beam angle you need.
CONNECT THE HARNESS
The included harness (640115) arrives pre-crimped and pre-trimmed. Route and connect according to Baja Designs' instructions, keeping wiring clear of heat and moving parts.
FIT ROCK GUARDS
Clip the included black rock guards over each light when the bar is not in use to protect the lenses from stone damage.
