Baja Designs runs every LED at 100 percent capacity through their CopperDrive technology, meaning you are getting the full 3,162 lumens from a genuine 30-watt draw, every time you flip the switch. The 5,000 K daylight colour temperature keeps the light natural and reduces eye fatigue on long night runs.

Installation overview.
CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION
Select a mounting point on your bull bar, roof rack, A-pillar bracket or bumper. The compact 3-inch housing fits most standard auxiliary light brackets.
BOLT THE PODS
Use the included mounting hardware to secure both pods. Aim the heads at your intended beam zone before final tightening.
CONNECT THE HARNESS
Route the included wiring harness (640117) to your switch or relay. The harness plugs directly into each pod connector for a clean, secure connection.
AIM AND TEST
Power up the lights and adjust the aim on each pod before locking down the mounting bolts. Check beam spread against the ground reference to confirm coverage.
