Big light in a small package.
At just 3 inches, the Squadron Sport is built for the tight spots that bigger light bars simply cannot reach. Gloss black aluminium housing keeps things looking sharp on any build, while the next-generation LEDs inside deliver 3,162 lumens at a lean 30 watts.
Baja Designs backs every Squadron Sport with their Limited Lifetime Warranty and a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, so you can buy with confidence. The uService programme means lenses and optics are user-replaceable down the track, protecting your investment well beyond the initial purchase.
Built for the real world.
MOISTUREBLOCK
Fully waterproof, rain-proof and submersible construction keeps these pods functioning in creek crossings, heavy rain and dusty outback conditions without missing a beat.
COPPERDRIVE
Every LED is driven at 100 percent capacity, squeezing maximum output and reliability from each diode without sacrificing longevity.
5000K DAYLIGHT OUTPUT
The natural 5000K colour temperature reduces driver fatigue on long night drives and renders the road and terrain in true, accurate colour.
Installation overview.
CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT LOCATION
Select a solid mounting point such as a bull bar, A-pillar bracket or roof rack rail. The small footprint gives you flexibility that larger bars do not.
BOLT THE PODS
Use the included mounting hardware to secure both Squadron Sport pods firmly. Aim the housings toward your intended beam zone before fully tightening.
CONNECT THE WIRING HARNESS
Route the included harness (640117) to your switch or fuse box, keeping wiring clear of heat sources and moving parts. Plug the pods in and secure any excess cable.
TEST AND ADJUST
Power on and check beam aim. Loosen the mounting hardware slightly to fine-tune the angle, then re-torque and you are ready to go.
