Installation overview.
SELECT YOUR LOCATION
Choose a flush mount position on your bull bar, bumper or panel. The 3" housing suits tight spaces where a surface-mount pod would not fit cleanly.
MOUNT THE HOUSING
Secure the flush mount housing using the supplied hardware, ensuring the pod face sits flush and level with the surrounding surface.
WIRE TO A SWITCHED CIRCUIT
Run wiring from the pod back to a relay or switch panel. Baja Designs recommends a dedicated relay and appropriate fusing for each pod.
AIM AND TEST
Power up and adjust aim as required. The uService optic system means beam pattern can be changed later if your needs change.
