Installation overview.
CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT POINT
Select a suitable location such as a bull bar, A-pillar bracket, roof rack rail or UTV cage. The compact 3" housing gives you plenty of flexibility.
FIT THE MOUNTING HARDWARE
Use the included hardware to secure the pods firmly to your chosen surface. Ensure the beam angle is set before fully tightening.
CONNECT THE WIRING HARNESS
Run the included harness (640117) to your switch or relay. Route cables away from heat sources and sharp edges, securing with ties as you go.
TEST AND ADJUST
Power up and confirm beam alignment. Adjust the pod angle as needed to dial in your spot beam exactly where you need it.
