Baja Designs engineered the S1 from scratch around a highly specialised reflector and LED combination, squeezing genuine off-road light output into a 2.1-inch housing. The result is a pod that fits almost anywhere on a 4WD, ute, trailer or work vehicle without dominating the look of the build.
The flush-mount design is one of the S1's standout advantages. A single 2.5-inch hole saw cut is all it takes, keeping the install clean, tidy and accessible for a home workshop. Once in place, MoistureBlock sealing keeps the internals protected whether you're crossing a creek or driving through a downpour.
Choose your beam pattern to suit the job. Spot puts light far down the trail, Wide Cornering spreads coverage across bends and tight tracks, and Work/Scene floods a campsite or work area with even, fatigue-reducing 5000 K daylight-balanced light.

CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION
Select a panel or surface with enough clearance behind it for the pod body. Confirm the area is free of wiring, fuel lines and structural members before marking your cut.
CUT THE HOLE
Use a 2.5-inch hole saw to cut a single clean hole at your marked position. This single cut is all the clearance the S1 needs to seat flush.
FIT AND SECURE
Insert the S1 pod through the hole and secure it using the supplied hardware. The flush-mount design sits tight against the panel surface for a clean, integrated finish.
WIRE AND TEST
Connect to your vehicle's electrical system via an appropriate relay and fuse, then test the light before finalising the install.
