COPPERDRIVE
Every LED is driven at 100 percent capacity, with no dimming or throttling. CopperDrive ensures you get the full rated output of the bar, every time you switch it on.

Installation overview.
SELECT MOUNT LOCATION
Confirm you have sufficient horizontal clearance for the 50-inch bar, typically a roof rack, bull bar or dedicated roof mount. Check for clearance with bonnet, doors and aerials before committing.
FIT MOUNTING BRACKETS
Attach compatible Baja Designs or aftermarket brackets to your chosen mount point. Ensure all fasteners are torqued correctly and the bar is oriented with the lens face forward.
ROUTE WIRING HARNESS
Route the wiring harness from the light bar through the firewall to the battery, keeping cables clear of heat sources, moving parts and sharp edges. Use grommets at all firewall penetrations.
CONNECT AND TEST
Connect to a suitable relay and switch or existing auxiliary lighting circuit. Test for correct beam aim and full output before finalising cable management.
