Most light bars are a compromise between output and looks. The OnX6+ Arc Series refuses that trade-off. The arched profile is engineered to follow the natural curve of a bull bar, roof rack or windshield surround, so the bar integrates cleanly into your build rather than sitting on top of it.
Under the housing, Baja Designs' next-generation LEDs deliver 37 per cent greater distance than the previous generation, running at a 5000K colour temperature that mimics natural daylight. That means better trail recognition at speed and significantly less eye fatigue on long night runs.
High-speed spot reflectors increase performance and versatility across the Driving Combo beam pattern, while CopperDrive technology keeps the LEDs running safely at 100 per cent output. MoistureBlock sealing makes the bar fully waterproof and submersible, and ClearView optics put all the light precisely where you need it on the trail ahead.

Installation overview.
CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT POSITION
Determine your mounting location on the bull bar, roof rack or windshield surround. The Arc profile is designed to complement curved surfaces, so test-fit before drilling.
SECURE THE BRACKETS
Attach the supplied mounting brackets to your chosen position. Ensure all fasteners are torqued correctly and the bar is level before finalising the bracket position.
ADD A WIRING HARNESS
This bar requires a separate wiring harness. Baja Designs PN 640119 (Hi-Power with Mode Switch, 2-light max) is the recommended harness. Route wiring away from heat sources and moving parts.
CONNECT AND TEST
Connect the harness to the bar and to your vehicle's power supply as per the harness instructions. Power on and confirm full output across all LEDs before finalising cable management.
