CHOOSE YOUR POSITION
Select a mounting location on your bull bar, windshield frame or roof rack that suits the 40-inch span of the bar and provides a clear forward beam path.
FIT THE BRACKETS
Attach the included mounting hardware to your chosen position, ensuring the arc of the bar aligns with the curve of your mounting surface for a flush finish.
CONNECT THE HARNESS
Wire the bar using a compatible Baja Designs harness (PN:640119, Hi-Power w/ Mode Switch, 2-light max). This harness is not included and must be purchased separately.
AIM AND SECURE
With the harness connected and power confirmed, adjust the vertical aim of the bar before fully tightening all mounting hardware.
