The stock gear knob in a GQ or GU Patrol was never the highlight of the interior. The Nova changes that without changing anything structural. It's machined from 7075 billet aluminium, the teardrop profile sits naturally in your palm, and the 5-inch extension brings the shifter up to a more comfortable position whether you're crawling tracks or covering highway kilometres.
The bundle comes ready to fit. A thread adaptor is included so the M10 × 1.25 fitment is sorted out of the box. Choose your extension and knob colours independently from the full range of Black, Silver, Gold, Red, Pink, Purple and Green anodised finishes, so you can match or contrast your interior. An etched Aero Series logo and premium packaging finish it off.

CONFIRM THREAD
Check your shifter thread is M10 × 1.25 before you start. It's the only compatibility requirement.
REMOVE OLD KNOB
Unscrew the existing gear knob counter-clockwise. Most Patrol knobs unthread by hand or with a light grip.
ATTACH EXTENSION
Thread the 5-inch extension onto the shifter using the included thread adaptor and tighten firmly.
FIT THE NOVA KNOB
Thread the Nova knob onto the extension and tighten to a comfortable, secure position. No torque tools needed.
