The factory gear knob gets the job done, but it was never designed with long days behind the wheel in mind. The PVS Automotive Extended Gear Knob adds reach and weight where it counts, letting your hand fall naturally into each shift without stretching or straining.
CNC-machined for tight tolerances and a premium finish, it threads straight onto compatible Toyota manual gearboxes with no cutting or drilling. The colour-printed H-pattern diagram keeps your shift pattern clean and readable, and the available sticker colours let you match the interior or make a statement.

Installation overview.
REMOVE FACTORY KNOB
Unscrew the existing gear knob anticlockwise from the shifter shaft. Some models may require a firm initial break of thread locker.
THREAD ON THE NEW KNOB
Thread the Extended Gear Knob clockwise onto the shifter shaft. Tighten firmly by hand to your preferred seating height.
CONFIRM FITMENT
Run through all gear positions to confirm smooth, unobstructed movement before driving.
