CONFIRM THREAD
Check your shifter shaft is M10 x 1.25 before starting. This is the correct pitch for GQ and Y61 GU Patrol manual transmissions.
REMOVE FACTORY KNOB
Unscrew the existing gear knob anticlockwise by hand. Some models may use a retaining clip, remove it first if present.
FIT ADAPTOR AND KNOB
Thread the supplied adaptor onto the shaft, then screw the Prism knob down firmly by hand until snug. No torque tool required.
