Why swap the stock knob.
Factory gear knobs on the 70 Series, 80 Series, 100 Series and Hilux N70 are functional but uninspiring. The Nova replaces that with a machined 7075 aluminium teardrop profile that sits naturally in your palm, reduces hand fatigue on long drives, and adds a touch of personalisation to a cab that sees hard work every day.
The 6.6 inch extension raises the shifter to a more comfortable position, shortening the reach on those long-throw Toyota gearboxes. Both pieces are available in Black, Silver, Gold, Red, Pink, Purple and Green, so you can mix or match the extension and knob colours to suit your interior. Each bundle includes a thread adaptor and is compatible only with M12 × 1.25 shifters, so check your thread pitch before ordering.

REMOVE FACTORY KNOB
Unscrew the existing gear knob anti-clockwise. Some models use a locking collar, so check before applying force.
FIT THE EXTENSION
Thread the 6.6 inch extension onto the shifter using the included thread adaptor. Tighten firmly by hand.
ATTACH THE NOVA KNOB
Thread the Nova knob onto the extension and tighten to a comfortable, rattle-free position. No torque tool required.
