70 Series Trim Reference
On many factory 70 Series snorkels a small trim at the lower edge is required so the Air Ram snorkel head sits level and seals correctly on the neck. The reference guides below show the recommended trim line for a clean fit.
Always measure twice before cutting and check clearance around any nearby bodywork or accessories. Trimming is a normal part of installation on some 70 Series snorkels and does not affect performance when done correctly.
Optimized Flow Dynamics
The internal geometry creates a high-pressure zone to force air into the intake, while simultaneously centrifuging water droplets out through the drain slots.
