When you fit an aftermarket steering wheel to a 105 Series LandCruiser, the factory cruise control circuit is interrupted at the column connector. Most adaptor kits leave that problem for you to solve, which usually means cutting into OEM wiring and hoping for the best.
This module sits inline between the steering column wiring and your steering wheel adaptor, restoring the factory cruise control signal without any modification to the vehicle. The 3-wire OEM-style connector means it goes in cleanly and comes out just as easily if needed.
