These Terms govern your use of the website located at www.pvsautomotive.com.au (Website) and your purchase or use of any products through the Website (Products).
Any additional terms, representations, warranties, or variations must be confirmed in writing by PVS Automotive to be binding, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 25% applies to all change-of-mind returns. This fee covers handling, inspection, and restocking costs. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. This does not apply to faulty items, warranty claims, or cases where an incorrect item was sent.
Acceptance
By using the Website and purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms and will be bound by them. Due to the specialised nature of our Products, we recommend reading these Terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or our Products.
Revisions
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon being published on the Website. Continued use of the Website indicates your acceptance of any revisions.
Online-Only Operation
PVS Automotive operates as an online-only business. We do not offer showroom access or accept walk-in customers. All enquiries, orders, warranty claims, and returns must be arranged via the Website or email.
General Product Disclaimer
Products are aftermarket components and may not be suitable for every vehicle or use case. PVS Automotive has no control over how Products are installed, configured, maintained, or used.
Where compliance is stated for a Product (for example, ADR-related claims), this refers to the Product as supplied. Final compliance may depend on vehicle configuration, installation quality, and applicable state or territory requirements. Certification by an engineer may be required in some cases. It is your responsibility to confirm suitability, legality, and compliance for your vehicle and location before purchase and use.
Aftermarket modifications may void factory warranties, affect insurance coverage, or breach legal requirements. Products are used at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PVS Automotive is not liable for any injury, death, or property damage arising from vehicle operation, installation, or Product use. This does not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Installation and Third Parties
PVS Automotive does not warrant workmanship, installation quality, vehicle suitability, or labour outcomes where installation is carried out by a third party. Recommended installers are not affiliated with PVS Automotive unless expressly stated in writing.
Warranty
Where a Product has a manufacturing defect under normal use, we will repair or replace the Product (at our discretion), subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic finish, paint, trim, consumables, labour, diagnostics, vehicle downtime, and re-installation costs, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, accident damage, water ingress (unless the Product is expressly rated for water exposure and used accordingly), unauthorised modifications, incorrect wiring, incorrect fitment selection, improper installation, or use outside intended purpose.
Installer labour costs are not reimbursed under any circumstances, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Claims Process
To start a warranty claim, contact us with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video where possible.
Products returned for assessment will be inspected within a reasonable timeframe. Delays may occur depending on workload and part availability.
If inspection confirms a covered fault, we will arrange a remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law. If no fault is found, or the issue is not covered, labour, assessment, and freight charges may apply.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged Product, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. You may be required to return the item for inspection.
If a fault is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return shipping and provide a replacement, repair, or refund as required under the Australian Consumer Law. If no fault is found, return shipping will not be refunded.
We do not send replacements before receiving and assessing the original item, unless we agree otherwise in writing. In urgent cases, a holding fee may be requested and refunded once the original item is returned and assessed as faulty.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, contact us with your order number and details. We will arrange an exchange or refund (subject to availability) and advise the return process. Return postage is your responsibility unless we confirm otherwise in writing or the Australian Consumer Law requires a different outcome.
Returns and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible change of mind returns.
We do not offer refunds for incorrect ordering or change of mind, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
For approved change of mind returns, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, contact us first for approval and return instructions. Items returned without approval may be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s cost.
Return addresses may change. Do not send items to any warehouse or address unless we have provided the return address and approval in writing.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for unused, undamaged items returned in original packaging within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. All return postage is at the buyer’s expense. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We reserve the right to decline exchanges on damaged, incomplete, used, or non-resaleable goods. Custom-made, special order, limited edition, or discontinued items may not be eligible for exchange or change of mind return.
Product Development
Products are under continuous development and may be updated, improved, or discontinued without notice. Product images may show fitted examples or optional accessories and may not represent every included item unless stated.
Ordering and Payment
All orders are treated as offers to purchase and may be declined at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, stock errors, pricing errors, or inability to supply). Full payment is required before dispatch.
We may request additional information to verify your order. Confirmation and tracking details are sent via email once processed and dispatched.
Prices
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
We ship orders using Australia Post, DHL, or other trusted courier services. Tracking is provided where available. It is your responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure safe receipt of your order.
Orders will only be dispatched once full shipping payment has been received (unless a free shipping promotion applies).
Free shipping promotions apply only where the shipping cost is $70 or less. If the cost of shipping exceeds $70, the customer is responsible for the full amount.
Product Risk and Title
Ownership of goods transfers to you once payment is received and the order is dispatched. Risk transfers upon delivery.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website is the property of PVS Automotive unless otherwise stated. You may only use content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Content must not be copied, modified, republished, or redistributed without written permission.
Website Use and Availability
The Website is provided on an “as is” basis. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for outages or errors, except where liability cannot be excluded under law.

Unsolicited Contact
Email addresses published on the Website must not be used for unsolicited communications, spam, or unauthorised marketing. Impersonation, harassment, or unlawful conduct via our Website is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, at our discretion, to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected Products, except where additional remedies are required under the Australian Consumer Law. We make no guarantees of Website uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify PVS Automotive and its related entities, directors, officers, employees, and contractors against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Website or Products, except to the extent caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
Disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Fast Track Arbitration Rules of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia, seated in Sydney, Australia, where both parties agree.
Currency Conversion
