Your PVS wireless steering wheel control module puts out a 28-pin Toyota plug. A Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony or JVC head unit takes its steering wheel control input on a 3.5mm jack, and this lead adapts one to the other.

You already have one if you bought a PVS steering wheel upgrade kit with a Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony or JVC head unit, or the matching wireless module on its own. This listing is here as a spare.

Not for Alpine or Android head units. Those use a different connection and won't take this lead.
