exists.
The 70-series deserves a bumper that respects its lineage-not a generic tubular grille from a catalog. So we drew our own.
The Vintage Front Bumper Kit fuses two design eras into one structure: louvered vents and channel-steel proportions from the early industrial age, CNC-machined aluminum-magnesium and stainless construction from the workshop floor today. The bumper looks period-correct from the curb. It performs as a modern recovery platform under load.
Multi-material build: CNC aluminum-magnesium alloy, stainless steel, and carbon steel-engineered for strength, corrosion resistance, and proportions that read as one piece from any angle.

Product Construction
Inspired by half-century-old “louvered vent” motifs and I-beam steel construction, this bumper fuses early industrial DNA with modern precision.
RECOVERY-RATED.
Two reinforced recovery points pass through the bumper face and bolt directly into the chassis frame-not into the bumper skin. Two vintage quick-hitch tow hooks and two Hi-Lift jack support tabs integrate underneath. The bumper is the recovery platform, not a cosmetic shell hung in front of one.

Installation overview.
PREPARE VEHICLE
Remove the original front bumper, grille, under-grille metal frame and headlights. Confirm all supplied parts (brackets are LH/RH marked); change colour before fitting if required.
INITIAL CHECKFIT TRIM BRACKETS
Fit the lower extended trim brackets with the factory screws, refit the headlights (lamp feet between bracket and body), trim the plastic panels to clear the brackets, and fit the cut trim with the body-colour rubber strip.
BRACKET FITFIT BEAM BRACKETS & BUMPER
Restore the under-car metal frame, fit the extended beam-head brackets (M10/M12 hardware left loose), install the winch bracket, then fit the side corners and jack stand.
FITMENT CHECKSECURE & FINISH
Tighten all mounting hardware to spec, fit the winch or upper cover, and install the water tank guard with the factory screws.
