Where Is My Urnieta Order?
Quick answer
Most Urnieta pieces are made to order, so the dispatch estimate on the product page is the timeframe your order follows. When your parcel's on its way you'll get a tracking number by email, and for Australian deliveries that number tracks on the Australia Post site.
Step by Step
- Check the dispatch estimate on the product page
Each Urnieta product page shows the current build and dispatch estimate for that item. Made-to-order pieces are built for your order, so that estimate is the production window, not a warehouse pick time.
- Watch for the shipping confirmation
You'll get an email with the tracking number for your parcel the moment your order is dispatched.
- Track it on Australia Post
For Australian deliveries, the tracking number in that email works at auspost.com.au once your parcel is in their network. International deliveries track on the courier link in the same email.
If it does not work
If the estimate has passed and you've had no tracking email, start a support ticket with your order number and we'll check the build status of your order.
