Steel is honest, and steel is heavy. The bonnet on a 70 Series factory tray carries 18 to 22 kg over the front axle. Your Urnieta carbon kit sits at roughly a third of that, laid to the same panel shape.
Less weight at the nose changes how your rig handles before it changes how it looks. Less weight over the engine bay changes how the bay heats up.
Three Fitments. Factory Hardware.
Three fitments cover the modern Urnieta range. The 70 Series 2008 to 2023 kit and the 70 Series 2023+ kit follow the two bonnet lines on the 70 chassis. The 250 Prado kit picks up the new bumper and lamp signature.
All three use factory hardware and factory hinge points. No wiring loom changes, no cowl trim work.
